[Papyrus-L] Corrupt File

My Papyrus Bib.index file has apparently been corrupted. I can't access
about 80 references by edit reference #,  list reference number, or by
keyword list, but can get them by edit: author, so I know they are there.
Also, The CoAuthor List doesn't retrieve some coauthors in papers
retrievable by author id's. In a separate problem, the  reference manager
doesn't recognize my printer, which is different from one previously used
successfully. I would appreciate if any one has any suggestions that might
work.
