I'm not sure what your problem is, but it isn't a WordPerfect 10 issue. I
use WordPerfect 9 on one computer, and WordPerfect 10 on the other; I also
use Word ; I frequently produce lists and import them into both, with no
trouble at all.
One thought is the import/export filters in your WordPerfect? Which have
you set up (not everything comes in the default)? What, for example,
happens if you try to import an earlier WordPerfect file? They refer to
these as "file formats" and there are a large number of them, which you may
need to explicitly install. Check their help.

Same difference. See which import/export converters you have. Word help says:

To find out what file format converters you have installed Look in the Save
as type box (Save As command, File menu) for the list of converters. If you
don't see the converter you need, you can see a list of converters
available with Microsoft Word. You can install these converters by running
the Installer.
There are more converters available, free, on their update web site.

Hope this helps. Microsoft has a habit of taking out conversions unless
you explicitly ask for them; that may have occurred when you put in the new
operating system. It seems more likely that it happened when you installed
WordPerfect and didn't specify the filters.
Good luck.
