[Papyrus-L] New PubMed import format

I've just updated our import format for PubMed to account for the new "FAU"
field.

You can find the new "PUBMED 2002" format in the updated PUBMED.FLB format
library, available from
<http://www.ResearchSoftwareDesign.com/ftp/pubmed.flb>.

Please let us know if any of your PubMed references are rejected with this
new format. It's always possible that NIH has made some other changes for
the new year.
