Hi,
   There is not particularly good documention for later CI-V additions.  I 
think there may be some new CI-V commands that can turn on the pre-amp or 
noise blanker, but I don't know what they are, and probably cannot test 
them without some different radios.  We are using a IC-706 MK II and a 
IC-706 MK II G for testing.  If you can come up with the commands I might 
be able to do something...  But again, it is hard for me to test...
