[Coco] Looking for Most Recent Vcc. Executable for Windows.

I believe in this latest version of Vcc the keyboard ini files have been 
moved to  a different directory.

I see there is a keyboard editor but it does not seem to work.

Is there documentation as to what each byte in the keyboard map files do 
I could probably create a custom
keyboard with a disk editor and sufficient documentation.
