[Coco] OS9.EXE

  I had not known about the os9.exe program that was part
  of ToolShed the one I was referring to was a much older
  program for DOS. The Toolshed tools are awesome and I can
  use them directly in Linux people have to be careful to
  not forget the comma otherwise It's a brilliant syntax and
  so much more then just copying can be done.

  I don't have Windows 10, just win 7 and Ubuntu but do have
  access to Windows 10 occasionally I will see if I can
  check out the package on Windows 10 if it has no other
  requirements, however I cannot Install major packages as
  it is not my computer that I would be trying it on.
