[Coco] OS9.EXE

  Did some basic tests the ToolShed os9 program
  seems to work well for it's basic functions.

  - copying to and from os9 images.
  - displaying the directory of an os9 image
  and deleting a file on an os9 image from Windows.

  All work properly.
