[Coco] OVCC -- official distribution?

Well, as long as he doesn't actively pursue anyone with lawyers, he isn't
compelled by the GPL to publish. And even if he publishes, he is only
compelled to give source to those who receive some other part (ergo,
object).
Well, and to not get in the way if someone else wants to redistribute, etc.
That aside, I'm guessing he's holding off on publishing until he has a
level of stability he's satisfied with.
(I must admit, I was ready to test for him, but I don't want to set up an
account on github. I have too many public repository accounts already.)
