So there is a difference between HDB-DOS LBA that I use with the superIDE and ‎HDB-DOS DW3 that I use with my drivewire server

Anyway it all works now. Thank you Aaron

This is how HDBDOS works and is normal.

Either enable "HDBDOS mode" in Drivewire, or use the DRIVE # commands as
described in hdbdos documentation. It's not what most ppl expect, but it
is standard for this scenario.

Hi. My hard drive died on my Drivewire server PC. I replaced it and did a
fresh install of XP( same OS as before). I placed the DriveWire
application on the desktop along with a folder holding all of my. Dsk's. I
can 'insert' a. Dsk into any of the four drives but only Drive 0 shows the
directory when I type DIR. Drive 1-3 show that they are empty. I can
copy drive0 to any other drive (1-255)
