So here is a update on the issue.
So far the progress is slowly moving along on this.
level1/vtio now seems to properly load GrfDrv and is no longer eating
display codes that should be sent to level1/GrfDrv.
Issues yet to fix is crashes related to level1/GrfDrv in how it handles the
Set Point and Erase Point codes ($18 and $19).
These fixes will come as time permits and possible solutions are found.
