[Coco] Extended BASIC Helper Utilities

P.S. Actually, the situation that Mathieu described may have arisen from
the listing of a program containing extra ADOS commands that was saved
under ADOS but listed under ADOS-3 or standard Disk Basic. Again, since
ADOS commands were designed for use in direct mode rather than within
programs, an unusual circumstance easily remedied by editing the program
for the rare instances where the ADOS tokens occur.
