[Coco] Frank Hogg Labs "eForth" manual found

While doing a general spring clean of my CoCo library. Got the disk not too
long ago within stuff I inherited from a fellow CoCo nut but no manual;
early this year I cleared out a long overdue standing storage unit 2,500
miles away from me (in Arizona) and lo and behold, I had the original
manual for this thing among the hidden treasures shipped to me from me :-)

Uploaded it to the archive, should be soon availabl.
