[Coco] Frank Hogg Labs "eForth" manual found

I am *VERY* interested in getting a copy of both the disk (a .dsk image) and the manual!

I am not familiar with getting things out of “the archive.”  Can someone please provide me a pointer to where I have to go to obtain these?
