[Coco] SCD-DOS for Dragon computers

Pretty much.  I may be be able to play around with the tools 
I have found and figure out something that works.
Haven’t spent much time on it yet.

If I just strip or alter the header with a hex editor, should it work?
How do I know where the header ends?
