[Coco] lunar rover patrol

I ran it today (what a coincidence!) on my Coco 3. It's on the Coco
Archive.

I used the disk version through CoCoSDC. On my SDC Files collection it's
under ROVER directory of CCAG.ZIP. You can find the zipfile here:
