That takes a composite video source. Luis's RGB2VGA takes RGB. Luis's 
will always give FAR superior video than than.

Luis's RGB2VGA started as a personal project to make a RGB to VGA 
converter based on the DE-0 development board. He hadn't really planned 
it to become a product to sell. People have jumped on, not waiting till 
he refines the design and creates a cost reduced version.
