[Coco] VCC Released To Open Source Project !!!

Brett, Aaron was working on the Becker Port a while back and developed another version in which uses a "cart" dll like all the conrollers. It actually works, but the "built in hdbdos rom" doesn't. This allows the addition of the becker port to any version of VCC just by inserting the cart dll.
This should be up soon.

@Aaron Wolfe & David Ladd, Joseph asked if you guys would send him the Becker Port stuff, he said he would work it into the new release

Huzzah Everybody! Vcc is Open Source!

Now from an initial review of the code,
it looks like some of the new stuff
that Aaron (and others?) hacked into it
(like becker drivewire ) is not
present. Yeah, definately need this repo set up
properly. That way we can
start goofing around.
