[Coco] VCC Released To Open Source Project !!!

lol... just emailed Aaron, about this.  I didn't realize the old Vcc's
HDBDOS rom is broken?  Ok.. David Ladd was the other dude working on that.
I'll have to prod him on IRC :)

I'm drooling for a Linux port.
