[Coco] VCC Released To Open Source Project !!!

Huzzah Everybody!  Vcc is Open Source!

Now from an initial review of the code, it looks like some of the new stuff
that Aaron (and others?)  hacked into it (like becker drivewire ) is not
present.  Yeah, definately need this repo set up properly.  That way we can
start goofing around.
