[Coco] vcc and WIDTH command when using HDB-DOS

Thanks Tormod... My starter kits actually have a "readme" that pops up on installation explaining any extra steps needed and also gives URLs of the distribution sites for each product.
I never finished the "revised" Vcc User's Guide that I was working on for the packages, but now that I have my main computer back stable (2 major crashes recently), I intend to finish up those projects so they will have new manuals reflecting the changes made in Vcc 1.4.3b

At least NitrOS-9 prints out its home URL when booting :)

Actually for "starter kit" bundles like Bill's I think it is fine to
redistribute all the software pieces, of versions that you are really
sure work well together. But of course clearly inform that the
original software is taken from there and there and should be updated
to latest "upstream" version before asking about help.
