[Coco] vcc and WIDTH command when using HDB-DOS

I was going to stay out of this but...
This whole conversation started from a comment about downloading a version of Vcc 1.4.3b from the Color Computer Archives that was missing something.... which was a VERY incorrect statement!
I just want to say, the 2(?) versions of Vcc 1.43(?) and 1.43b that are in the archive (I checked) are both complete setup files containing the exact same files as the (unofficial) official Vcc 1.4.3b distribution at CocoCoding (both were downloaded from there). The only difference in the 2 files there is that the v1.43 Vcc.exe file is slightly smaller than the other, which may be from Aaron's first unofficial release. (probably should be removed)
The only difference from the v1.43b at TCCA (The Color Computer Archive) and the Cococoding version is the several lines of text on the actual webpage (which is not included in the download there either). These setup files display the exact same readme on startup as well. All documentation is in the installations as well as the "dll"s and the roms.
The other versions of Vcc on TCCA are CLEARLY version labeled and those versions were on MANY sites long before Aaron's Cococoding site existed (as well as Steve Bjork's Vcc page for that matter). This is basically a "chronological" archive of Vcc....
The Color Computer Archive is just that... an ARCHIVE... where you archive things for preservation, not as a "distribution" site. It is possibly the only "organized" Coco download site left that contains most (if not more) of the software that has been available on the net at any given time in the past.
Finally... as was said before....
Vcc is NOT open source... it is NOT Aaron's... and it is NOT finished (and probably never will be).
To create an argument on open source software and it's problems from someone's inaccurate comment about downloading non-open source software is ridiculous. The downloader clearly did not even look in the installation folder or read any documentation before commenting.
