[Coco] CoCo SDC question

I didn't use the SDC much until now, i'm not used to its commands. If you
tell me exact what commands do you do to create and mount the disk image I
cant try later at home. I have FD502, FD500 but they are double drives. 3
1/2 and 5 1/4.

other important stuff: is your coco3 in turbo mode ?
