[Coco] Subscriptions re-enabled

I am a google mail user and a yahoo mail user too. My first was yahoo and I
got gmail in the early 2000's. I have only been denied participation once
for gmail and about 3 times for yahoo. One of those yahoo denials was the
same site that denied my gmail.

All of them have been in the past few years.

If this list implements such a denial, I and some others on this list will
not be allowed to participate here. Those who can afford a pay email will
probably go that route, those with ISP access will maybe give up one of
their unused email addresses, but the rest of us will be shut out.
