[Coco] Subscriptions re-enabled

Since it's just Yahoo that is breaking every mailing list in the world
(Google for "yahoo breaks the internet" for sources) it seems most lists
are just unsubbing all yahoo.com accounts and recommending users find a
better email provider if they wish to participate.  This technique has
worked fine on some other lists I participate in and it lets the list
continue to work as normal (messages show who sent them in the usual way).
