[Coco] Extracting programs from .dsk to .cas

Well this is embarrassing. How did I ever miss the fact that drivewire
can be used via audio instead of needing me to solder up a rom pack.
:) Hats off to cloud9 for giving such software away.

...writing such a utility may be a good exercise for me anyway, but
I'll definitely use drivewire ;)
