[Coco] Book Review

I'm guessing Amazon.ca has sold out of their first batch; they had one
left in stock a few days ago and now are indicating a 1 to 3 week lead
time. Has anyone in Canada actually received a copy that had the
correct page ordering? As an aside, the other major bookseller in the
country is Chapters/Indigo:

The book is showing in stock online, but I don't know of anyone who
would pay the $8 premium to buy it at Chapters versus Amazon.ca. So I
have no idea if Chapter's batch has the same error.

And no need to apologize, Bill, as I know the mistake has nothing to
do with you and Boisy. I kind of like the idea of owning an
unorthodox copy of the book; it kind of reminds me of the
idiosyncratic nature of these home computers of the 1980's.

I'm also looking forward to the digital edition, which presumably will
be published in color throughout.
