[Coco] Cocopedia updated

There was one earlier (disassembler for b09 code)... I used it do do modifications to my Window Writer word processor (from OwlWare). It did have some issues, which I presume Wayne is in the midst of fixing. (I think it was called DCOM or something like that... can't remember).
