[Coco] Cocopedia updated

I am still working on it, but yes. DCom was a kludge that worked enough to
teach me I-Code.

The new utility is named 'unpack', as B09 'pack's the module when creating
it. The engine that does the work is currently named 'decade'. It does not
handle merged module files or making determinations about other types of
files/modules. unpack already does that. I am working on getting decode
trimmed enough to work with unpack.
