[Coco] Brand new editor for OS-9

I added support for backspace characters (0x08) and ignore other unknow
characters.

The only supported control chars are 0x08, 0x09 and 0x0d. 0x0a (unix files)
are converted to 0x0d except when they do not precede a 0x0d (DOS files).
