No, its a ttl drive ega monitor.  With a higher h-sweep rate, the one place 
in a monitor where you cannot slow it down.

Composite or rgb should both work, depending on where you plug it in.  For 
rgb, you may have to build a sync mix and invert stage depending on which 
monitor it is.  RGB mode will of course be _much_ sharper.
