[Coco] values other than 0 or 1 for byte 14 of decb dir entry

My guess would be that the files in question were created by some
application that did not use the standard Disk Basic file I/O routines
and that was either sloppy about the last sector or used byte 14 for
its own purposes.
Is there any pattern to what the oddball files are?
