Aaron,
Is it a CoCo 4 in that it's somehow enhanced over the the CoCo 3? Or is it 
just CoCo 3 running on different hardware? I'm asking because I don't 
really know much about the FPGA systems I keep see being mentioned.

This is the crux of it for me.  The FPGA "Coco 4" exists right now,
and I can turn it on and play right now.
Every other coco4 idea is only theoretical, therefore FPGA wins by default 
:)
