I had one of those cases long ago for my coco2  I'm not sure where I got 
it from.  I'm thinking Howard Medical, but that may be off  the track. I 
also have foggy memories that it may be a DEC "yup back says Digital on 
the label" case of some sort.  It's long gone went with the coco2 when 
it was sold to make room for the coco3.
