[Coco] 2MB Memory Upgrade For The Coco 3

Hi,

With the correct Memory Map patches or NitrOS-9 knowing not to use graphics 
pages that wrap around, the reason that Tony included MEGA2 and I got Jeff 
to fix his CoCo3 Emulator, you can use more OS-9 graphic screens.  I 
remember doing that and loading the entire C Compiler, SLED and so on into 
memory.

I found it very useful and yes, I used a ramdisk also.
