[Coco] cprep19a.lzh upload

Hi,

actually I have wondering how to include it in a binary.

My "EPS" program will display it as part of the usage help so that will work 
for me.

If it is not output, then I have yet to come up with an idea.

I always use dates all the time, I recommend it highly.
