[Coco] CoCoFest Webcam, IRC, anything?

I'm bring recording equipment (Mixer, Mics, cables and Hi-Def Video 
Camera) to record interviews and such. We could also use the equipment 
to record a live CoCo Conference for posting later on YouTube.

As for doing live Skype out, we don't have the bandwidth for more than 
one or two callers on line.   I do have a Ustream account and maybe we 
can get something out with that.  But the odds are low for getting video 
out of the Hotel because of their low upload speed.

I did look into Livestream Livepack but I did not have $2500 rent plus 
$2500 deposit for handy.  So much for a live remote.
