You can use the MESS emulator which will mount .dsk (JVC), .dmk, .os9, 
and .vdk images. Just mount your .vdk image and use either BACKUP 
(Basic) or backup (OS-9) to move the content to a .dsk image. If the 
original image is 40 tracks or more do the backup under OS-9 control.
