[Coco] Disk Image Format Conversion

How does one convert images from one format to another?
I'm trying to convert images from VDK format, to standard DMK .DSK format.

End result, is I want to make REAL disks using DSKINI.EXE

These are OS-9 disk images for the Dragon.

I've tried using NitrOS9 under Vcc, but Vcc complains when even "inserting" 
the VDK-based image file.
I get a box that says "Can't Open File"
