[Coco] NitrOS-9 V03.02.07 Release

Hi,

I found that the Window descriptors supplied by Tandy were, well, stupid.

I created a more useful set and I have the source somewhere.

If you wish, I can try and find the assembly code source, the descriptions 
and why I set the windows up the way I did.
