[Coco] 2 MB upgrade in PAL coco3

Hi Mark,
My first thought would be to insert a 74F04 in the clock line from the
crystal oven, to ensure that there is sufficient signal for the upgrade.
Sadly, I don't have an oscilloscope which will read this signal :(
