And for me.  It would be nice to be able to say "mb bootlist.bl" but
that's a shell limitation, not the script's fault.

???? The only problem that's not solved by "copy the files into the right
directories" is getting w8-15, which I admit requires either patching
the originals or making copies of w7.dw and patching them.

True.

If you're going to make up an "enhanced" distribution, I suggest
including ALL the file archiver tools: unzip45c, unarj, arc, cuts,
mimecode, lha, pak, untc, os9dsk, rsdsk, uuencode, uudecode, all the
AR versions (1.2, 1.3, 1.5, 2.0). And a good terminal emulator, I
recommend kbcom or osterm.

I think Boisy dropped this list after that last linux/windows
flamewar. :-(
