Couldn't of said it better.

I have personally purchased several items (hardware and software) from 
Cloud-9, and have NEVER had any problems or issues with either the 
product, the delivery or the price.

They fill a need that nobody else has done, and while they (as a 
business) need to make a profit to stay in business, they (at least to 
me) seem to do what they do, for the "luv of our little CoCo".
