Again, this is the stock PHP-Nuke system.  Dreamweaver is used to 
make the content for some of the news blocks, etc.  The web design 
tool has a built-in HTML cleaner and formatter.

If WC3 were to scan every site on the web and add up the total HTML 
"imperfections", the total would probably be in the 
trillions.  Luckily, tags are ignored if they're not honored (yet).

Let me know if there are any serious issues since I'm trying to 
squeeze a lot into a certain amount of space, and depending on your 
browser window size you prefer, you might not be able to see it 
all.  1024x768 is needed for my site and a million others, but I 
agree that a small font can cause more headaches than it's worth, so 
I'll work on improving on those things in the coming days.
