You would be better off running it via Telnet just for the speed factor. There is an Atari 8 bit bbs online via Telnet that tries to capture the old school feeling by having it run on an actual Atari 800 at 2400 baud. It was quaint for the 1st 5 minutes and after that it become tedious.
