[Coco] Rainbow IDE 2.0 gains URL import feature

Another update,

I'm thinking of (for the URL field) putting a drop-down listbox where
you choose the import server for each file by an alias name like
"Rainbow Server" or "Alans Server", etc. and ofcourse the "Local
Copy" option which is the default for all files at first and can
later be chosen to turn off the web importing for that file. The
list of servers can be added and edited from a menu.

The read-only mechanism has been added for imported files and works
well. I'll work on switching this off when you choose Local Copy
later for that file if you want to gain control and make changes. No
changes can be made to a file on a server.

Now to work on how to deal with file replacing if you import a file,
make it local, edit it, then re-enable the Rainbow Server for that
file. You wouldn't want to lose your changes if you've worked hard
on the source code. I'll figure that out tomorrow. It's all going
pretty smooth for now!

It's really a VERY simple concept but with huge possibilities. When
the IDE comes out, it will be preset with all of this so all you'll
have to do is open a sample project or create your own, and for any
source file you add you can click Rainbow Server in the left sidebar
and it's a web import file from then on until you change it to a
local copy. Ofcourse, that exact filename has to exist on the server
or you'll get (for now) an HTML error page which shows up as HTML
code in your editor window for that file, incidentally.
