[Coco] 40 lead cable

The longest cable I've ever had between a coco and an MPI, and still 
maintain reliability, is about 3 inches!!!

Really, you're much better off putting the coco motherboard in there too, 
and just retaining the keyboard connection (and even then, it'd be better to 
use a Puppo interface for a keyboard)
