[Coco] Aussie 2 meg installation - results

I have tried a number of different types of SIMMS with varying results.

SIMM1: 2 x VG264400BJ-7 cips gives BAD MEMORY error after segment 47.
SIMM2: 2 x KM44C1000BJ-7 + GS81C4100J70 gives 512K of good ram (not the 
expected  2MB)
SIMM3: 2 x TMS417400ADJ-60 + HYB51400BJ-50 gives 512k of good ram.

Does anyone here actually use a 2 Meg kit, and if so, could they quote the 
chip numbers for me?
