[Coco] Reporting SPAM

You can only do something about it if and only if the spam 
generates from a US address. Sorry  US laws do not extend bey 
ond. Not sure of where the origin of the spam is. 

Varios nation  do  have some form of anti-spam laws but for the 
most part are weak at best.
