Sorry, I was wrong. I mis-interpreted the data in lsn0. Indeed, I have $B400 
in dd_map, and $B5 in dd_dir, the address of the root dir.

However, this makes it an error in dEd. It seems to get the math wrong in 
working out which sectors are part of the BAM. If I seek to sector $B5, it 
tells me (at the bottom of the screen) : BAM: From Sector:$05A000 to 
$059FFF. Clearly a bug in dEd.
