Just a side note - I USED to work for UPS. My wife still works for the 
USPS. Of the two, I would always use USPS. Not because they are chaper 
and better, or because my wife works there... When I was in UPS training 
they actually said the usps and the feds made them charge more money to 
ship the same thing so as to make them (UPS) look bad and the USPS look 
better. I laughed...
